School Age - After School Care
We bus kids from all the local schools
In the After School program, we have a relaxed atmosphere that is safe and fun. We provide security, freedom, achievement and respect with boundaries that allow for creativity, follow-up of their grade school day and release of energy.
Our goal is to create a positive learning experience and continue to prepare children for a positive future. We use the "play at learning" theory as our base. During the school year, the children come to their classroom family with a big circle for sharing ideas from their day. They then have a physical activity time for energy release, and have free choices of the many activities within their classroom. During the different vacation times the After-Schoolers are part of the School Community in many ways.
